This is a thepla recipe I cooked recently. Its yummy and wholesome can be eaten hot or cold. Theplas are an inherent part of Gujarati meals, and are eaten for breakfast, travelling and for picnics. I enjoy eating them with pickle, yogurt and masala tea, you can also have them on their own for a quick filling snack.
