Cabbage Pea Curry

So I know what you are thinking cabbage and curry! EH! In Gujarati this is called Gobi Matar nu shak. Its pretty easy to make and the crunch of the cabbage and the sweetness of the peas makes it an amazing combination. I am not sure why but it does taste better the next day after you reheat it. I am guessing its something to do with the flavours being soaked up into the vegetables more. You will not know what you are missing till you try.
