Ingredients

  • 150 ml Sunflower Oil For deep frying
  • 150 grams Paneer
  • 100 ml cold water
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 medium Green Chillies
  • 1 cm cube Fresh ginger
  • 1/2 medium Green capsicum
  • 1/2 Medium Red capsicum
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 Tin Chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 100 ml Single cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the paneer into cubes and fry off till golden brown. Put the friend paneer into a bowl of cold water, this will make sure it stays soft and also remove excess oil.
  2. Chop chillies ginger
  3. In a deep pan medium heat Add 1 tbsp sunflower oil and heat
  4. Add 1 1/2 cumin seeds till they go brown Add green chillies and ginger and stir for a few minutes
  5. Add green / red capsicum peppers stir for a few minutes
  6. Add 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp fenugreek 1 tin chopped tomatoes 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 100 ml single cream
  7. Drain the paneer and add to the sauce. Cook for 5 more minutes on medium heat and serve.
