Ingredients

  • 3 medium Green Chillies
  • 150 grams Paneer
  • 100 grams Green peas
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 10 grams Plain flour
  • 5 tbsp Warm water
  • 20 sheets Filo pastry
  • 150 ml Sunflower Oil For frying

Instructions

  1. Finely chop green chillies
  2. Grate paneer in a bowl Add to the bowl 100g green peas 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  3. Make the filo glue by mixing plain flour and warm water.
  4. Add the mixture to the filo sheet Roll up the filo and use the glue to close the edges
  5. Fry the spring rolls in hot oil till golden brown. Serve with chilli sauce.
