These are my vegan waffles, super quick, very light and super tastey!

Instructions
  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl add vanilla essence and mix through
  2. Pour about 1 cup of soya milk and oil
  3. Start whisking from the centre, gradually drawing the flour into the milk and oil. Once all the flour is incorporated, beat until you have a smooth, thick paste. Add a little more milk if it is too stiff to beat.
  4. Continue pouring and whisking until you have a batter that is the consistency of a smooth smashed banana
  5. Leave to cook, undisturbed, for about Cook in a waffle machine till goldern brown
  6. Serve with your favourite toppings
