Ingredients

  • 600g Paneer/ Or Tofu if you want it to be Vegan
  • 2 peppers ( 1 green and 1 red)
  • 2 fresh green chillies
  • 2 Inch ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bunch corriander
  • Paneer marinade:
  • 1/4 cup Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp dark soya sauce
  • 2 tsp white pepper
  • Sauces:
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce

Instructions

Cut the Paneer into cubes
Add cornflour
Add water, soy sauce and mix till all paneer is covered
Add chillies powder and white pepper
Leave for a hour
In a pan and add oil cumin at medium heat till the cumin starts to pop
Add chopped ginger and chillies and chopped peppers cook for 5 mins
Add Panner and marinade to to the pan and stir gently for 2 minutes
Add ketchup and chilli sauce and cook for another 5 minutes
Chop coriander and sprinkle on top
Serve hot and enjoy
