Ingredients

  • 2 packs of readymade noodles
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 carrots
  • 5 small mushrooms
  • 1/4 small white cabbage
  • 1 block of stiffen tofu
  • small bunch of coriander
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Hand full of cashew nuts
  • 2 small boiled pealed beetroot

Instructions

  1. Boil some water and put the 2 packs of readymade noodles into hot water for 5 minutes
  2. Chop 1 yellow pepper, 1 carrots , 5 small mushrooms 1/4 small white cabbage into small chunks
  3. Chop into square blocks and fry off 1 block of stiffen tofu
  4. In a pan add 1 tbsp sesame seed oil and fry off cut vegetables for 5 minutes
  5. Add 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  6. Add 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  7. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce
  8. Cook for few minutes to mix into the veg
  9. Add 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
  10. Add 1 tsp salt
  11. Add 1 tsp black pepper
  12. Add handful of cashew nuts
  13. Drain noodles and put them into the veg
  14. Cook for 5 more minutes in low heat
  15. Add small bunch of coriander
  16. Serve with chopped beetroot
