Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500ml) coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cup (375ml) rice milk
  • 1/2 cup (280g) peanut butter if salted don’t add more salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanila extract
  • Hand full of chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Put all ingredients except the chocolate chips into a blender and blend until smooth
Pour into a freezable container and put in the freezer
Stir every 10 minutes for a hour
Add chocolate chip before the mixture is frozen and you are done
Leave for a few hours to freeze up and then you are ready to serve
