In a pan add chopped fresh chillies, peanut butter, coconut milk chopped tomatoes, dark soy sauce, honey and reduce on a medium heat for 5 minutes till you have a thick sauce. In a wok on high heat add oil Slap in the veggies (mushrooms, red pepper, beansprouts, baby corn) Add a few dashes of dark soy sauce Chop and Fry off the tofu in a separate pan for 5 mins Add the sauce and mix well Dish up the veggies and pour the tofu on top.Ingredients
