Beetroot Raita is delicious and a perfect dip for any starter.
Ingredients
- 1 small beetroot – boiled and grated 1 cup vegan yoghurt
- 1 chilli (chopped)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp honey Coriander for garnish
Instructions
1. Place vegan yoghurt in a bowl and hand whisk it.
2. Add chilli, black pepper, roasted cumin powder, salt and honey. Mix all together.
3.Now add blitz beetroot. Mix well.
4. Now garnish with coriander and Beetroot Raita is ready!
