This is a super quick spring rolls recipe, this reminds me of christmas where there is always paneer spring rolls one of the festive days, usually for a mid night feast. If you are not a fan of Panner you can fill with something else as long as it does not have a high water content.

Ingredients
- 3 medium Green Chillies
- 150 grams Paneer
- 100 grams Green peas
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
- 10 grams Plain flour
- 5 tbsp Warm water
- 20 sheets Filo pastry
- 150 ml Sunflower Oil For frying
Instructions
- Finely chop green chillies
- Grate paneer in a bowl Add to the bowl 100g green peas 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Make the filo glue by mixing plain flour and warm water.
- Add the mixture to the filo sheet Roll up the filo and use the glue to close the edges
- Fry the spring rolls in hot oil till golden brown. Serve with chilli sauce.
