Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup (250ml) soy milk
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 2/3 cups (130g) sugar
- 1 tsp vailla extract
Instructions
Grease and line a pan with baking parchment
Sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and soak into a bowl
In a small bowl mix milk vinegar and leave for a few minutes to thicken
Whisk in the oil sugar and vanilla extract add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir gently with a spatula
Pour the batter into the tin and let the mixture level
Bake for 25-30 minutes Gas mark 3 (170 degrees)
