Ingredients

  • 2 medjoul dates
  • 1⁄2 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 5 cherries (1 for garnishing) 3 cardamom pods
  • 1 tsp Mixed nut slivers
  • 1 tsp Charoli
  • Few saffron strands

Instructions

Preliminary steps: 1.Pit the dates

2. Crush cardamom seeds with pestle and mortar
3. Pit all 5 cherries. Cut 4 into small pieces and leave 1 whole

4.Sliver the nuts

Method:
1. Add the yoghurt and dates in a blender and blend

2. Remove in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well 3. Garnish with a pitted whole cherry on the top
