Ingredients

  • 1 Large Avocado
  • 1 Medium Tomato
  • 1/4 Medium Green capsicum
  • 1/2 Medium Lemon
  • 1/2 Medium Lime
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 handful Coriander

Instructions

  1. Destone avocado and spoon it into a blender
  2. Add to the blender 1 roughly chop tomato 1/4 roughly chopped green capsicum pepper
  3. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon and 1/2 lime into the blender
  4. Add to the blender 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper
  5. Add the coriander into the blender
  6. Blitz the mixture until smooth and serve.
