Paneer Tacos are an easy dish that is so yummy you will run out of tacos before you are satisfied. Use Tofu if you want to make it vegan!
Ingredients
- Paneer chilli (look for the recipe on my site)
- Taco shells
- 2 large carrots
- 1/2 white cabbage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 Lime
- 2 spoons of yogurt (vegan)
Instructions
Cook the paneer chilli
Fill the Taco shells with Panner and cook in a oven gas mark 3 for 10 minutes
Grate carrots and cabbage into a bowl
Add salt pepper and lime and Yogurt to the carrots and cabbage and mix
Take out tacos when they are crispy fill with the carrot and cabbage mix
Serve hot and enjoy 🙂
