Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup good quality smooth peanut butter (use 100% roasted peanut butter
  • with no added extras)
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce of choice (optional)
  • 2/3 tbsp of water as needed for preferred consistency for dipping

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly adjust with water for desired consistency
