Ingredients

  • Green chutney: 7-10 soaked cashews
  • Lemon juice from one lemon 2 green chillies
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 Apple
  • A few sprigs mint leaves - optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chutney : 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup of chopped coriander
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1⁄2 red pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 spoon roasted crushed cumin seeds 1⁄2 lemon or lime juice

Instructions

Green Chutney:
1. Blend all the ingredients above to form a buttery paste chutney

Red Chutney:
1. Roughly blend all the above ingredients to make a salsa red chutney.
