Ginger tea is great for your immune system. There are many ready made packets of Indian tea out there, however there is nothing like a cup of freshly made India tea! Give this a go let me know what your Tea recipes are and you will never make do with the ready made packets again.
Ingredients
- 1 cm Ginger
- 3 full Cardamon
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Tea leaves
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Milk
Instructions
- Grate the ginger and crush the cardamon
- Boil 1 cup of water with ginger and cardamon
- Add 2 tbsp of tea leaves
- Add milk and boil and stir
- Add 1 tbsp sugar
