Naan is a flatbread from the Indian subcontitent that is amazing on its own or with a delicious curry. The thickness of the nan absorbs the juices of anything you have with it making it. a versatile bread, you can experiment by adding chillies, cheese and coriander anything you like. Ingredients
- 2 x Cup Self raising flour
- 1 x tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 3 x tbsp Yoghurt
- 50g Cheese
- 3 x tbsp yoghurt
- Bunch Coriander
- Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Add flour, salt, oil and mix
- Add the yogurt to bind and make a dough and let it rest for a hour
- Make small balls and roll out
- Add cheese and fold and pinch the dough to make another ball
- Roll the dough again to a flat bread
- Add some coriander
- On a medium heat use a non stick pan and cook on both sides
- Serve as it is or with your favourite curry
